All information given on our website, is to the best of our knowledge, correct and up to date. We do not accept any liability for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to change the information and specifications of any product at any time. All weights and sizes given for products are approximate.
Privacy Policy
Your personal details will not be passed to any company or organization other than Royal Mail for the purpose of delivering your goods. We will not send you any advertising material without your prior consent. Our NO SPAM policy means we will only use your email address for communications regarding your order, and never passed to any third party. Cookies are used on this website only to keep track of what you have added to your basket.
Delivery
European shipping is available to the following countries. UK - Highlands & Islands UK - Northern Ireland Austria Belgium Canary Islands Czech Rep Denmark Finland France Germany Gibraltar Lithuania Luxembourg Netherlands Norway Portugal Southern Ireland Spain Switzerland Sweden We aim to dispatch most orders received before 1 pm the same day by Royal Mail first class.
Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel within 7 working days after the day you take receipt of goods. You must notify us in writing or by telephone within this time if you wish to cancel. You are required to take good care of the goods and return them to us at your own cost within 30 days. No refunds will be authorized until we receive the goods back. We will not accept the return of goods, which have been used, damaged, dismantled or modified in any way.

Pricing, offers and products are subject to availability and may change. Every effort is made to ensure that the prices we advertise are correct.
Payment of goods
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Solo, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Visa Electron, and Visa Delta. When ordering online or by telephone your credit card details are submitted via a secure SSL connection for security against fraud. You can buy on-line immediately with your credit/debit card via the secure Paypal system. NOTE: You do NOT have to open a Paypal account to buy on-line with your credit/debit card.
Returns
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item, please contact us by email or via telephone as in some cases the issue can be resolved. Please ensure goods are returned in original packaging and are in original condition. We will not accept any items that have been misused, damaged, dismantled or modified in any way by the end user. No items will be replaced or refunded without first receiving the goods back.
Please note: You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned safely to us so we recommend sending any parcels by 1st class recorded post (this includes up to £34 insurance) or by Special Delivery if the goods are valued between £34 and £500. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.
If we agree that an item you received is faulty, we will offer a replacement if the item is in stock, or we will issue a refund. If any product is returned to us and found NOT to be defective, the item will not be returned until the return postage has been paid.
Postal Losses
If items are lost or damaged on their way to you, we must await confirmation from the postal service used, that the parcel was lost or damaged before we can resend items. Please allow 72 hours before contacting us to advise that an order has not been received. We will be able to supply a tracking number (if the order was over £20) to ascertain the current delivery schedule.
Damaged Goods
It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully check that all merchandise received is undamaged and in good working condition. Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please email or telephone us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away. On some occasions the couriers have asked to see any damaged packaging. Any claims in respect of damage, shortage or manufacturing faults must be made by email or telephone within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
Incorrectly Sent Items
If we send you a wrong item, we apologise. If this happens, please contact us to let us know immediately and return the item as soon as possible for replacement or refund. We will not dispatch replacements to you until the incorrectly sent item has been returned to us. If you order an item in error, only the price of the returned goods will be refunded. Postage will not be refunded. We will not accept back items that are not in as-new condition.
