The falcon 25 is a little gem and a real pleasure to fly with no nasty habits. Ground handling is very good, it will track well on rough grass and is eager to get into the air within a short distance. Landing is a breeze as it comes home like a trainer, it will actually fly a lot slower than we first thought.
Built, flown and tested by Go Brushless. We loved it and we're sure you will too.
Our Demo Model flew well on a 2814 motor with a 40A Esc and a 2200 4s 14.8V 25C lipo Pack, as seen in the Video. Flight times on the demo model were between 5 and 7 minutes depending on throttle management. For longer flight times try a 2500 - 3300 4s Pack.
And for all those hooligans out there, you might like to run the Falcon 25 with a 2826 Brushless Motor 60A Esc and 2X 2200mah 4s lipo packs in parallel. A little modification to F3 will be required to accommodate the two packs for this setup, to allow the batteries to sit one on top of the other to maintain the correct C of G.
We found the Falcon an ideal size for electric flight as it is larger than the Lingcat, but without the expense of electrifying the larger Bobcat.
